We currently rent space in Farragut in West Knoxville. We are grateful for this amazing space where Big Tree was born, and we also hope to grow into owning our own larger space in the future!
Our large main room is a wild, creative workshop where you never know what will be happening! It houses our maker space full of tools and materials to build, create, and invent. You’ll find books, games, musical instruments, science equipment, and more!
Our other large indoor rooms is dedicated to quieter activities such as hanging out, eating lunch, playing tabletop games, and working on solo projects. Our empathy table also lives here – it’s a dedicated spot to talk things out with friends.
We also have a full kitchen where you will find us whipping up recipes almost every day. Whether it’s baking cupcakes, making pasta from scratch, or rolling sushi, our kitchen offerings are always a delicious hit!
Finally, we have a large outdoor area. This includes a fenced in main section with playground equipment and picnic tables. From there we often venture out into the large field perfect for a game of badminton or go on nature walks down to the nearby creek.
