Big Tree ALC
Our main program is our Agile Learning community for homeschooled children ages 5 – 13. We meet on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am to 3pm in a creative and supportive environment that emphasizes collaboration, autonomy, and self-directed learning.
Coming Fall 2025: Big Tree Owl Academy
Owl Academy is an academic enrichment program that meets two days a week for learners ages 9 – 12 for direct, hands-on, instructional classes in language arts, math, science, and history.
In The Idea Stage:
The Big Tree Clubhouse
We imagine The Clubhouse as a dedicated hangout for older homeschoolers ages 11 and up! It’s a place for tweens and teens to socialize and work on projects together in a space set aside for their unique interests.
In The Idea Stage: The Nest at Big Tree
We imagine The Nest as a morning program to welcome our youngest community members. Children up to age 5 would play and in a nurturing world of fun and exploration (while giving their parents a much-loved morning off!)
